Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) | | Dutch term or phrase: Keuzezending | I am currently working on a legal translation ("ALGEMENE VERKOOP- EN LEVERINGSVOORWAARDEN"), and am struggling to find a suitable translation for the above term.
The context is as follows:
"Indien produkten op verzoek van koper ter keuze worden gestuurd, dient de koper uiterlijk 14 dagen na datering van de zichtfactuur of zichtbon schriftelijk aan [naam verkoper] te berichten of hij de ter keuze ontvangen produkten geheel of gedeeltelijk wenst te behouden. Indien dit het geval is geldt als datum waarop de overeenkomst tot stand is gekomen die waarop [naam verkoper] de schriftelijke mededeling terzake van het behouden van de keuzezending of een gedeelte daarvan heeft ontvangen."
