This occurs in a legal document about the setting up of a company. I can't really understand the connection between the second and third parts of the sentence. The first bit about the directors agreeing the division/distribution of tasks is clear. I have spent some time working on tegenwerpen which seems to mean oppose/object to in this context. Does it mean that third parties can't object to it even if this restriction or division is made public? That doesn't really make much sense to me. I am not a legal expert and I am a bit bamboozled by it. |
