Dit is een procedure over de behandeling van post binnen een bedrijf. De alinea luidt als volgt:

Ontvangst geneesmiddelen protocollen en analysecertificaten van bulkproducten en inkoop verpakte producten worden, na vrijgifte in het SAP-systeem, gekopieerd en in het Excel bestand “Bulk” als “vrijgegeven” ingevuld. De kopie gaat naar de afdeling logistiek voor verdere verwerking en de originelen worden in de mappen “ontvangst geneesmiddelen protocollen / analysecertificaten”op naam en sterkte van het product en op chargenummer gearchiveerd. ***Loonbewerkingsproducten*** worden niet gekopieerd na vrijgifte in het SAP systeem, maar gaan na verwerking in het Excel bestand “Bulk” origineel ter controle naar logistiek, waarna ze weer geretourneerd worden aan de assistente Farmaceutische zaken.
