The General Meeting decides to appoint as the *company’s auditor* the candidate presented by the Board of Directors during the meeting,
whose function will end after the annual meeting that confers and votes on the approval of the annual accounts of the fiscal year ending 31 December 2006, and to fix the remuneration as proposed by the Board of Directors.
De Algemene vergadering beslist om de kandidaat die door de raad van bestuur zal worden voorgedragen op de algemene vergadering te benoemen tot commissaris-revisor van de Vennootschap, waarvan het mandaat zal eindigen onmiddellijk na de jaarvergadering die zal moeten beraadslagen en stemmen over de goedkeuring van de jaarrekening van het boekjaar afgesloten op 31 december 2006 en om de vergoeding vast te stellen op het bedrag voorgesteld door de raad van bestuur.
