Do "bestellingen" and "bestellen" mean "orders" or "deliveries" (or something else!)?
I understand everything else - they can do all the invoicing, loading etc. for you but I'm not sure what is meant by "bestellingen" and "bestellen".
I think the actual and possible variations in the answers would indicate that the question was not as simple as some may think and in any case those that do think something is too simple can always refrain from answering - it's their prerogative.
