English translation:International adoption
Explanation:
Both 'interlandelijk' and 'intercountry' are strange terms. If the latter is the name of an agency, you should leave it as is. For the first term international is more common.

neutral  writeaway: international is wrong. intercountry adoption is "the" term. what this question is about is another matter, since there is no useful context. http://www.hcch.net/index_en.php?act=conventions.text&cid=69

-> It is variously called international or intercountry adoption (see also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_adoption). Intercountry may be "the" term in Europe but not everywhere.

neutral  xxxjarry: Agree with writeaway. Intercountry adoption is the correct term. See: http://www.iss.org.au/servicecontacts.html

agree  Inge Dijkstra: I agree with Tina, particularly since Intercountry Adoption seems to be the name of the Agency concerned. Mentioning "intercountry adoption" (again) would be confusing, IMHO

-> Thank you Inge. My thoughts exactly, using international the first time would prevent confusion with the name of the agency and the 'dog chasing its own tail' mentioned above.

disagree  CJG: The term would be inter-country: it is not 'European', but derives from the Hague Conference on Private International Law, to which Canada, fyi, is also a party: I have done this for 20 yrs. Believe me, it's true!:-)

neutral  techwriter: 'Interlandelijke adoptie' just means adoption from abroad. I think the translation should be 'inter-country', as suggested by cjguy. The name of the agency should remain as it is.
