Dutch term or phrase: geïncasseerden
Vervolgens kan de klant ervoor kiezen geïncasseerden toe te voegen uit het adresboek. Hiervoor vinkt de klant de afzonderlijke adressen uit zijn adresboek aan.
De klant kan ook “losse” incasso-opdrachten toevoegen op scherm “Een geincasseerde toevoegen”.

Explanation:
I'm taking this term to be an esoteric variation of 'debiteur', hence debtor. Debiteur and debtor are the usual terms used in the debt collection biz.

Explanation:
literally "someone from whom you have taken cash" plus the "afzonderlijke" addresses make me think this is an option to add one-off cash customers to a debtors ledger/address book.

Imho this refers to debts that have been settled.
