"French term or phrase: Déroulement de l’intervention
English translation: project lifecycle/implementation of the programme". Found this under a French-Eng Kudoz question.
Have to be honest and say I don't think this is quite the right term but it might be of help. "facilitate the amending of implementation programmes" might be a solution.
