the user accounts of certain users can be taken over ('hijacked' in a sense, but with permission in this case) by someone else, so that this someone else can see what happens (on the computer system) through the eyes of the user.

In your specific case, this would have to be phrased as 'inheritable users' or perhaps 'users to be inherited'.

neutral  Ron Willems: without context this would absolutely be the best interpretation, but there IS a context (see those 2 sentences in parentheses), explaining what is meant here by 'over te nemen' :-)

Explanation:
Windows allows you to "CREATE" a number of user accounts. This allows these users to use your computer. The administrator then sets the parameters allowed.

Go to Controlpanel then user accounts... (On Windows XP)
That is my understanding of what is wanted here...
