Dutch to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Computers: Software / Service Level Agreement | | Dutch term or phrase: Oproepperiode | Oproepperiode = periode waarbinnen klanten de helpdesk kunnen bereiken. Er wordt een onderscheid gemaakt met "Working hours" (uren binnen de oproepperiode).
Ik zoek dus een Engelse term die in combinatie met "Working hours" gebruikt kan worden.
Alvast bedankt! |

3 hrs confidence: peer agreement (net): +1
1 hr confidence: availability
Explanation: availability during working hours? is this what you mean?

The word 'period' is superfluous in this case.

Asker: Yes, more or less. Or perhaps "Availability period" or does it have a different meaning?
