This means that the "doorvoerscherm" is the screen where "opdrachten" are created and "worden doorgevoerd".
You create "commands" in this screen and you click OK and the command is going to be "doorgevoerd", that is, carried out
So the context prompts me to translate is as "command screen"
I don't know, however, if this is the "official" term for it or if such an "official" term exists
