community satellite antenna/receiver system


Explanation:
The English equivalent of 'gemeenschappelijke antennasysteem' is 'community antenna system', which includes all sorts of shared-antenna systems (as commonly used in blocks of flats/apartment buildings). If you want to more specifically identify the system as a satellite antenna & receiver system, I'd suggest 'community satellite antenna system' or 'community satellite receiver system'.

\'CATV\' is a commonly used abbreviation for \'community antenna television\', which typically includes more than just TV service (similar to cable TV, which typically includes radio programming as well).
