This is from a lease and the above are some of the things that the lessor has to do before the lease commences. I'm not really sure what a dakdoorvoer is, although I assume it's something on the roof that enables warm air to escape, but what is that called in English?

If anyone could kindly tell me what CPI stands for that would also be very helpful, as I'm not sure about that either, although I haven't researched that exhaustively on the internet yet anyway.
Thank you for any help.

Thank you both for your help. Both answers were very helpful as I don't have either of the dictionaries you mentioned. (Must buy them rather urgently!). However, I think (having the advantage of the entire text in front of me) that Marijke is right in saying that they do not mean the whole thing here, so went with her answer.
Many thanks.

neutral  Jack den Haan: A flange is just the 'collar' part of the opening in the roof.

Explanation:
Onroerend Goed Lexicon [Van den Ent/Gateway]: dakdoorvoer = roof duct. Plenty of googles for 'roof duct' in combination with ventilation.
