This mouthful is in a bouwspecificatie. I can put together a literal translation, but does anyone know what British civil engineers would use for this?

Explanation:
This can only relate to piles if you pardon the expression. Sometimes piles are tubular, driven into the ground later to be filled with concrete. ie. in situ. or driven piles which basically are solid, eg. wood. concrete, that once driven are ready to take a load.
