Dutch to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Construction / Civil Engineering / employment contract
Dutch term or phrase:vervalstuk
"Verticaal onder een hoek van 30° met de horizontal aangebrachte stijg- en vervalstukken vorzien van deksel met klembevestiging."
My personal preference is for the 'inside/outside bend' options. You could potentially use 'riser/dropper', but in the logical sense the names only apply in certain cases (not for example when they are used in pairs to change the horizontal level...).

Explanation: a 'kabelladder vervalstuk' is a 'cable ladder dropper' , maybe this is suitable for your text
Explanation: Aside from the stabu lexicon (only available in Google cache), I don't see any useful hits for 'raiser' and 'dropper' in connection with cable trays, and the terms sound suspiciously like amateur translations.
