In het natte deel van de accommodatie zijn stalen kozijnen gebruikt die op de grond staan. Door optrekkend vocht van schoonmaakwater zijn de kozijnen aan de onderzijde sterk gecorrodeerd. De kozijnen vervangen door hardhouten kozijnen en de kozijnen 100mm vrij houden van de vloer, zodat de kopse onderzijde meegenomen kan worden in het schildersonderhoud.
