"Je bent industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde of bachelor bouwkunde met tien tot vijftien jaar technische ervaring."

This seems confusing to me. "bouwkunde" Can be translated either as architecture or and civil engineering. The combination with industrieel ingenieur seems rather strange.

Any ideas?
