I don't mean "phase" like "she's still in that doll phase, and always wants to play with barbie"
What I mean is an actual building phase or extension of a building, or a building that's a part of a cluster of buildings... like a phase of a group of apartment complexes or doctor's park etc etc etc.
Maybe that's along the lines of what you're looking for.
I know that the following google entries are Dutch, but these were the 'inspiration' for the translation, considering I haven't come across this term in any of the sources that I have on hand. The translation seems plausible, but I have no definite confirmation on this.
