Explanation:
I looked at Google images of 'doorwerkjas'. Then I looked at Google images of anoraks, parkas, men's jackets and work jackets and finally heavy duty work jackets. The last of these was closest in appearance to the images of 'doorwerkjas'. But of course, in your original they are listing all kinds of "work" jackets. If they haven't given you another option that fills that requirement, "heavy-duty" looks to me like being the quality that enables "doorwerken" in the same jacket from morning to night.
