Het betreft een offerte voor een afzuigsysteem voor lasrook (in Nederland). In de offerte staat "De installatie is exclusief bouwtechnische voorzieningen, vereiste klimmaterialen, hijswerktuigen en hak- en breekwerk". Als deze materialen door de klant ter beschikking worden gesteld dan "dienen ze gekeurd te zijn volgens VCA** normen". Ik kan me bij de bouwtechnische voorzieningen geen beeld vormen. Eerst dacht ik 'handelingen die met verbouwwerk te maken hebben' maar ik denk dat het 'hak- en breekwerk' daar als op slaat. Internetonderzoek bracht geen verduidelijking van het begrip.
