Explanation:
Construction is not my specialty but this is my first thought. The term 'xxxtechnisch' is typically Dutch and 'technisch' usually does not need to be translated. Of course it's technical - what else could it be? Customized means that the design is tailored to the customer's needs, in this case for a particular building.
