Dutch term or phrase: demarcatielijst / Gespecificeerd demarcatie overzicht
"Concept t.b.v. potentiële huurder
Gespecificeerd demarcatie overzicht (oftewel demarcatielijst)
A. Basis levering gebouw: 1,2,3, etc
B. Basis inrichting:
..."
---------------
This is a long list of things which are or are not in the buidling prior to renting it. Some things need to be added (built), etc., this is basically a list of what is present.

Something like ... building specifications, ...?

I'm sure it is something quite simple, and yet I am unable to think of it at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

itemized list / itemized list
Explanation:
demarcatie / afgrenzing / afbakening / specificatie / uitsplitsing

"gespecificeerd demarcatieoverzicht" is a pleonasm, as a "demarcatieoverzicht" is a list that specifies something

--> the question turns into: demarcatielijst / demarcatieoverzicht

in this context "itemize" may be more appropriate

itemize - specificeren, uitsplitsen

http://www.dordrecht.nl/pls/idoc/risDordrechtDocumentToon?F_...

to give you an idea

(I think "itemized" is better than "itemization")

I would like to say to students/parents/Future organizations, make sure there is some type itemization list on paper which reflects the basic expectations/promises such as: cost(tuition, food, housing, equipment), location(academic,housing,practice/workout), transportation(if needed), security(at housing location), academic/sports calendar(showing dates) and general staff responsibilities. This is if those things are said to be included in any payments/cost. Also, you want to know/provide on the protocol for emergency situations(ex. injuries during practice, games, workout).

Explanation:
Doesn't seem that difficult, I think it is simply this...

Asker: I have since bought both the Onroerend Goed Lexicon and the Juridisch-Economisch Lexicon, and I am STILL not really convinced. Can someone point me in the direction of the term 'demarcation list' being used in a reputable British or American website or text?

Asker: Thanks for the reference solejnicz!
