to what level are cells designed in a way it's a great thing/ or alluring :-) to be accommodated (1), to be (2) and to stay (3) there

1 = ruimtelijke waarde
2 = belevingswaarde
3 = verblijfswaarde

you may need to change the wording of 'a great thing' or 'alluring' a bit :-)
for example: .. in a way there is value in / it adds value to being accommodated, being/living, staying there

to lofty perhaps


'een grote verblijfswaarde' just means (look for examples on the internet) it's nice/pleasant/alluring/etc to dwell at some place
