agree  Dave Greatrix: Should not be floating screed unless a clue as to the construction is given elsewhere in the text. Screed is a sand and cement floor. You might be thinking of 'afdekvloer' which is usually sand and cement screed.

  -> I thought a 'dekvloer' was always a screed (as opposed to an 'afwerkvloer'), which can also be laid floating... that makes sense, but the two seen to be intermixed a lot. Look up 'zwevende cementdekvloer' for example.
