'Een klisnagel is een nagel die toegepast wordt om een klis of klamp vast te zetten.
Vaak hebben klisnagels het formaat ø 4,5 x 40 (voorboren ø 4,0 x 50 mm, de boor in de steen-stand, niet in de hamer-stand anders wordt het gat te breed).
Gegevens van de leverancier bij de klisnagels van de afbeelding:
"Elektrolytisch verzinkt, voor het bevestigen van klampen, zonder de vloer te beschadigen. Boor 2 gaatjes van 4 mm door het klisje in het beton. Doordat de nagel iets gedraaid is, komt het klisje muurvast op het beton vast te zitten. De klisjesnagel is snel te verwijderen, door met een moker tegen de zijkant van het klisje te slaan, waardoor de nagel afbreekt. Verpakt per 125 stuks." (Hierbij wordt uitgegaan van twee klisnagels per klis.)'

Explanation:
I don't know what they are called specifically, but describing what it is could probably help you in the right direction if not resolve your translation.

It's got a casing head and a fluted shank with a bit of longitudinal spiral (rifling) to it... kind-of like a masonry nail, so perhaps it's a rifle-fluted or spiral-fluted masonry nail. I can't be entirely certain. I can't find many examples that look like the one in the picture you provided... although, they are both used for nailing into contrete.
