"Alle toestellen worden op het einde van de werken volledig afgeregeld door de schrijnwerker (eindslag, openingshoek bij vastzetting, enz.) tot volledige voldoening van de leidende architect en het opdrachtgevend bestuur."

A Dutch site says that this is a "last push" in self-closing doors, which is adjustable, for making sure the door is closed. Use is made of a so-called "deurdranger" (automatic, pneumatic or spring operated door closer) for shutting the door.

Does nayone know the trechnical term for this in English?

Thanks. This put me on the right track. I used "latching speed". It's not sweep speed (overall speed of closing door). Closing force might also be good.
