Explanation:
This has been addressed before (even by you), but I disagree with practically all of these translations.

"snelbouwbaksteen" refers to fast application of the brick in construction of load bearing walls. Just running an image search shows these are predominantly perforated bricks (of which there are various types). They are synonymous with "geperforeerde baksteen" as per: http://www.baksteen.be/prod_snelbouwstenen.html

Vertically perforated brick is used in the same manner. They are presumably "faster" to use because they are lighter in weight, allowing the brickwork to be completed more rapidly.

Many of these are made by Poroton, and sometimes called "poroton blocks" for this reason.
