\"Schedule\" is a common term used in construction. You get \"door schedules\" which outlines the types of door to be uded, sizes, colour, type of hinges, etc, etc. You also get \"ironmongery schedules\".

In England you have a 2nd fix carpenter, in Scotland you have a finishing joiner. ie. finishing is more commonly used in Scotland for 2nd fix work. However, a finishing schedule refers to the general finish of a building or its areas.

Just what I was looking for. I wish I could give you 5 points for giving me the translation of H&S staat as well. I figured that I would be able to supply the bit after ironmongery myself once I knew the other two terms.
