Dutch to English translations [PRO] Cooking / Culinary | | Dutch term or phrase: grootkeukens | For want of any further context in previous jobs (recurring newsletter), I've been calling these "industrial kitchens" up to now. However, some examples are given here: hospitals and schools. Is there a generic term for them? Professional kitchens perhaps?
This is an interview with a couple who run a company that specialises in chopping fresh vegetables (salads, veg mixes, soup veg etc.).

one can also say "instititutional kitchens" for hospitals or schools,
to cover everything I would suggest "large-scale kitchens" |
