Voor dat laatste geven zij: karkas, romp, geraamte; soup à la carcasse de carnard (ou, d'oie) met beenderen van eend gans op smaak gebrachte groentebouillon. Zoals writeaway terecht opmerkt: 'breast' in English. Was met al dat Frans even uit het oog verloren dat je de Engelse term zocht, niet de Nederlandse ;-)
