Different vegetables, all cooked "beetgaar". I know what it is, just cannot find a suitbale English word for it.

Dankjewel Ann. Ik heb toch "tender" gekozen, omdat al dente volgens mij meestal voor pasta wordt gebruikt. .

agree  Chris Hopley: It's even in lots of monolingual English dictionaries, which I consider a better indication than Van Dale NE!!! :-)
