Just checking to make sure on this one. Does this mean the dressing just goes round the edge of the plate? Not the French way!

Salade Nicoise. Blonde Leffe
Beetgaar groen gekookte boontjes en schijven van gekookte hard kokende aardappelen mengen met tomatenpartjes, bladpeterselie en krulsla. Erbij schikken: ontrzoute ansjovis, zwarte gesneden olijven, kappers en blokjes gepocheerde verse tonijn. **Rondom op het bord** een vinaigrette van rode wijnazijn en olijfolie.

Trend today in Belgium (I could tell because of the Leffe where the text stemms from....) is to "drizzle" the dressing round the edge of the plate to dress the plate.
