Als de kapitein een loods naar het buitenland heeft meegenommen en hem in een buitenlandse haven ontscheept, moet de kapitein de door de loods te maken reis- en verblijfkosten om zich van de ontschepingshaven naar zijn standplaats te begeben, vooraf uitbetalen.
