Klas in de betekenis van zeeklas, paardenklas, bosklas.

Context:
Het hotel werd daarna opgekocht door ... en gebruikt voor zeeklassen.

Na het faillissement werd het rust- en verzorgingstehuis door de gemeente ingezet voor bosklassen voor de plaatselijke jeugd.

Paul Peeraerts: I think you don't understand the original, Luuk. "Bosklassen" are not courses about woods and "zeeklassen" are not courses about the sea.

-> You are right! Perhaps something like "sea-related activity and education programme" would be better? It does not exactly sound pretty though...
