Zoek eens op "cafetariaplan" (wordt gebruikt in het bedrijfsleven), waarbij de werknemer ' la carte' kan kiezen met betrekking tot bijv. groepsverzekeringen. Ik denk dat de term daarvan is afgeleid. Een vertaling weet ik echter niet.
