Inge, I added Harry's answer for the glossary because it is absolutely correct in the business management context, and sociological and local government texts I receive for translation nowadays increasingly contain business jargon

For some odd reason the selected answer is now showing two options, which is obviously not correct. I have specifically chosen "inter-collegial", not peer-based (since peer can also have other meanings probably not applicable here)! I will contact a moderator to find out why this has happened.

(Inter)collegial = pertaining to a college or university, or to a collegium.
