Dutch to English translations [PRO]

According to Van Dale this means a day release scheme (whereby people combine study and work). Not sure whether this is accurate in the context. I am translating two diplomas relating to beroepsonderwijs 'sociaal dienstverlener' en 'sociaal cultureel werker'. |
