Dutch term or phrase: van heroep zonder en wonende te...
I am trying to understand a phrase on a Birth Cert from Netherlands. Can anybody tell me what the following mean?

"sijr echtgenote (name of a person) van heroep zonder en wonende te Paramaribo.

I understand that sijr etchtgenote is his very wife but what about the rest?
