Context: studiegids van een universiteit. Gaat het om studenten die zijn uitgeloot en uiteindelijk toch bij een studie zijn geplaatst? De te vertalen tekst luidt als volgt:

Hier zie je alle programma-onderdelen waarvoor je kunt naplaatsen in 2009 - 2010
(tussen haakjes staat het aantal onderdelen waarvoor je inmiddels bent nageplaatst)
In het bovenste gedeelte van dit formulier zie je alle
programma-onderdelen in 2009 - 2010 waarvoor je een aanvraag voor
naplaatsing hebt ingediend. Je kunt een verzoek tot naplaatsingen
intrekken tot de vrijdag voor aanvang van het blok, vanaf dan wordt
verondersteld dat je aanwezig bent bij het betreffende programma-onderdeel

Explanation:
This refers to a second round of placements, and concerns students who have not been included in the first lottery draw.
Maastricht Univ. have translated the IB-groep explanatory text and used subsequent placement.
I think that post placement is more suitable, though.

Not sure this is really an equivalent of 'naplaatsing' but you might consider using this.
