I've googled jisec, but I cannot find anything relevant.

If you want to check it with google, try \"200 jisec\" and you\'ll see many sites. Unfortunately, to see a full text of an article you need some sort of subscription. But there are many hits.
And, I agree with Egon - if you have any doubt, check with the client.
