Dutch term or phrase: inhuizen/inhuizing

Een tekst over een verhuisservice van een energiebedrijf. Een klant kan intrekken naar een nieuwe woning en daar weer klant bij een energiebedrijf worden. Dat is volgens mij wat hier bedoeld wordt. Je hebt ook "uithuizen/uithuizing"

Of: "scheduled start of service"
Hier in de VS bestaat de service uithuizen/inhuizen (afsluiten van de service in het oude huis en aansluiten in het nieuwe huis) niet alszodanig omdat er verschillende energiebedrijven zijn. Maar ook als je bij hetzelfde energiebedrijf blijft is het: "opening and closing of accounts." Zelfs als ik bv de tenaamstelling van mijn bestaande service wijzig, dan moet de account gesloten en opnieuw geopend worden. Het is dan meer een administratieve dan een feitelijke aangelegenheid, maar met doorverhuizers gaat het hier meestal ook zo en wordt op de dag van verhuizing niet noodzakelijk de service letterlijk afgesloten. Dus het typische uit/inhuizen gaat niet op. Maw deze tekst moet "gelocaliseerd" worden.

Explanation:
would this be the warehousing of a service (before occupying a place or whilst absent from a holiday house for example).
I'm guessing here, but the definition seems to indicate the above.

Looking at the definition, it would be the start of delivery, the Dutch term is a bit of an odd choice but does make sense, as it stems from the idea that "when you leave the house, you will no longer use the power" and "when you enter the house you immediately want access to power"

moving home service

Explanation:
Looking at the context, and having used these services, the Dutch does seem to use a very odd term, though a logical one.

In England, there are a variety of terms used to describe this idea, the most common being that the energy supplier offers a "moving home service" or "property transfer" service.

If you want to convey that the term indicates "upon moving into the property", then by rights the customer would ring the supplier with a "provisional moving date". Consequently, a the supplier would record a "provisional supply date", i.e. the provisional date on which the supply account is to be transferred to the new property.

Nevertheless, a "moving home service" is a much more widely accepted term for this.
