The most tricky part is probably \'Bestekken\', which was recently discussed on Kudoz if I remember rightly and can be translated in a number of ways. In my humble opinion as a non-specialist, I think you could render the whole course title fairly accurately and safely as: Bills of Quantity - Efficiency Calculations Perhaps you could use Building, Tender or Bidding Specifications, but since the course has a rather \"quantitative\" ring about it, I\'d go for Bills of Quantity.

fwiw: if there is an Nl-B difference on this one, I need the southern version. the doc is in my field (legalesque) but it suddenly took a turn for the technical worse by actually listing the courses taken. and engineering is definitely not my thing.
