Tech/Engineering - Engineering (general)

utilisation factor, load factor
Explanation:
Tip: try googling 'utilisation factor' or 'utilization factor' in combination with machine.

'Load factor' is often used in a very machine-technical sense, but according to 'Terminology in Logistics', published by the European Logistics Association, the term can also mean 'bezettingsfactor', which, I would say, is the same as 'benuttingsfactor'.

effective machine time coefficient

Explanation:
I first thought of 'machine uptime', but then considered that 'effective machine time' is possible closer as the machine is not necessarily down when there is no feed.
