Dutch term or phrase: stak
Op de hulpslede worden twee plastisch vervormde onderdelen, het betreft:
- de as welke via een dubbele lagering in het huis gemonteerd stak staat scheef, ...

It is talking about a faulty stairlift. Does 'stak' simply mean 'stack' here? I cannot find any confirmation of the meaning of the Dutch word 'stak'.
