It's about shipping dangerous substances and Risk Inventory and Evaluation.

The sentence is: "Het gaat hierbij om de voorschriften, omschreven in het ADN.H.7.1.4.12.2 (de algemene bepaling) en H.7.1.6.12.
(de “VE-bepalingen”) waarbij per stof in tabel A van H.3.2. van het ADN is aangegeven of er een (en welke) VE-bepaling van toepassing is."
