Waarnaar verwijst de term desaffectatie precies in deze context en wat is de Engelse term?

Explanation:
Affectatie heeft een beperkte betekenis die alleen nog bij de Vlaamse landverdediging overleeft. Dit is een beleidsdocument, en daarom is een specifieke aanduiding nodig. Affectatie is aanwijzing of toewijzing van militairen aan een eenheid of dus ook land voor aanwending van het leger. Het heeft een juridische, en minder een economische betekenis en daarom zou ik eerder allotment dan allocation gebruiken, om het feit te benadrukken dat een overheidsmacht over land beschikt. Het omgekeerde is dan deallocation, waarbij de toewijzing ongedaan gemaakt wordt, en vervolgens kan worden onteigend, of onderwerp van nieuwe toewijzing of betemming worden kan.
