Dutch term or phrase: inpandneming

This has to do with credit. The term "inpandgeving" is also used in my document. Eurodicautom says that "inpandgeving" can be collateral security provided by a third-party to help secure a loan. Would "inpandneming" then be the same thing ("third-party collateral security"). Is it used this way to distinguish receiving the collateral from granting the collateral?
