I am currently translating a Service Level Agreement and am struggling with the above term.

The sentence is as follows:

Dit Service Level Agreement (SLA) betreft het verlenen van diensten met betrekking tot de functies Helpdesk, Storingsdienst en Projecten door de medewerkers van [Company A] aan de dochters van de Nederlandse tak van de [Company B]groep, de 'groepsbureaus'.
