Het betaalbaar gestelde bedrag mag niet kleiner zijn dan het geplande te verrekenen bedrag.

Voor "betaalbaarstellingsbestand" had ik "authorisation procedure file", graag bevestiging (of correctie natuurlijk).

disagree  xxxjarry: Reelease is used when an amount of money or payment has been blocked or withheld for some reason. 'Commutation' is a term used in connection with pensions.
