De beslagvrije voet is in Nederland het bedrag dat bij inkomensbeslagen moet worden vrijgelaten. Dit is een minimum aan inkomen dat de beslagene ter beschikking staat voor zijn of haar levensonderhoud. Dit bedrag moet zowel in geval van loonbeslag, faillissement en toepassing van de Wet Schuldsanering Natuurlijke Personen worden gerespecteerd. Volgens het Wetboek van Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering mogen ook zaken die de beslagene nodig heeft voor zijn werk, beddegoed en eet- en drinkwaren niet beslagen worden.
